Cancellation Policy
When you make a booking, time and clinic facilities are set aside exclusively for you. In consideration of the community, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time to reallocate your appointment to clients who may need it urgently.
To help you keep track of appointments, you will receive an E-mail reminder two days prior to confirm, cancel or change your appointment. Any changes made within the 24hr period may incur a fee of $40. Payment of this fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid before being able to attend or schedule further appointments. Exceptions can be given in the case of an emergency.
