The body is often treated as isolated organs and body parts,
but I consider it as a connected entity that is fluid and ever-so changing.

Our mind, body, and soul are connected and need to be addressed as a whole.

Hello and Welcome, I’m Dr Zoe Yang,

a registered Chinese herbal medicine practitioner and Acupuncturist.

After completing a double degree in Health Science and Traditional Chinese Medicine at RMIT University, I had the honour to be mentored by Dr Shao, Master of pain management, Navel acupuncture, I-Ching, and Tai Chi.
I’ve also dedicated my time training and working with a third-generation TCM Dermatology specialist Dr Duong. Further consolidating my understanding of the human body system and the impact environmental and lifestyle factors can have on our health and wellbeing.

A lot of people ask me,
why did you choose Chinese Medicine?

It’s because I believe that everyone should be able to live life to the fullest without pain and torment. I wanted to create a space where everyone can feel accepted, nurtured, and listened to.
TCM has given me the tools to create that space.

Doesn’t matter which culture you are from, we collectively experience suffering, doubt, and neglect. From a young age coming in and out of the hospital due to chronic illness, I felt the physical and emotional trauma from those experiences,

Until I found TCM.

Not only did Chinese Medicine improve my quality of life, but it also taught me the importance of having a balanced lifestyle in order to target the root of the condition.

With my newfound knowledge and passion for a holistic approach to medicine, I began my journey as a healer by integrating TCM philosophies and scientific knowledge to heal myself and those around me.

I combine Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and lifestyle advice to treat a wide range of everyday health concerns. With a special interest in autoimmune conditions; digestive health; covid related complications; mental health; menstrual health; fertility; pregnancy support; pain management; skin; and complex chronic conditions.

In my spare time, I enjoy expanding my knowledge by reading classical texts, and attending conferences and seminars in order to refine my clinical skills to create the best care for my patients.

In these turbulent times, we all deserve some time away in a safe and judgment-free space to recharge.

Let me be a helping hand, guiding you to become a more balanced, grounded version of yourself.
